Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They cover ordering, delivery, payments, and our refund and replacement policy.

1Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Chittoor Mangoes website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
2Products & Orders
- All mangoes are seasonal, hand-picked products sourced from Chittoor district orchards.
- Product images are representative β natural variation in size, colour, and shape is normal for fresh fruit.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in case of stock shortages or pricing errors.
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation with your order number.
3Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (βΉ) per kilogram unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery fees apply as shown at checkout. Free delivery may be available above a minimum order value.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) β payment is collected when your order is delivered.
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price shown at checkout.
4Delivery
- We deliver to Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.
- Risk of damage during transit is ours until the package is handed to you at your doorstep.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay delivery or result in order cancellation.
5Refunds & Replacements
- Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive mangoes that are damaged, over-ripe, under-ripe, or not up to the quality you expected, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- We will arrange a free replacement delivery or issue a full or partial refund depending on the issue.
- Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 5β7 business days after approval.
- Refunds or replacements are not available for change-of-mind requests once the fruit has been accepted in good condition.
6Quality Guarantee
- Every mango is hand-inspected before packing. We do not use carbide, artificial ripening, or wax coatings.
- Fruit is harvested at peak ripeness and packed the same day for maximum freshness.
- If quality does not meet our standard, we will make it right β refund or replacement, no questions asked within the 24-hour window.
7Limitation of Liability
- Chittoor Mangoes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, logistics disruptions, or events beyond our control.

- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Andhra Pradesh.
